If you have your own there will no charges. - Phone line times vary, we cant get very busy sometimes, if you need support sometimes its better if you contact us by e-mail. Phone line might be off when Care Web Design is on holiday, if you need support on holiday times please e-mail us to get a quicker response. - We cant offer search engines, login/register pages and we only use forms from Jot form as there more secure, no shopping websites are allowed. - We cant guarantee a listing on search engines. Listings can also move down and up in the ranking. - Our staff will not accept abuse, we try are best to make you a satisfied customer, There may be a long waiting time sometimes for your website to be complete (Very Rare). - When we are on holiday (usually a week in Easter, Christmas Day, October Half Term and two weeks in the summer holiday. We will not be able to manage your Pay-Per-Click management or update your website. - Regretfully, you will not be allowed access to your domain or hosting control panel - Your web designer or us cant he held liable for any failure of we forget features. - We cant be held liable if any injury is caused using the website - If the website makes no sales or is not a success we cant take responsibly
